January 9 @ 8:30 am - 2:30 pm

$150

The primary focus of this workshop is to understand best practices for teaching math and creative ways to incorporate them in the classroom. Eliza Leszczynski, a practicing mathematics educator of 18 years, will facilitate the discussion of ways to integrate Effective Mathematics Teaching Practices suggested by the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics in Principles to actions: Ensuring mathematical success for all (2014) in the middle grades mathematics classroom. This publication in tandem with Eliza’s wealth of knowledge and experience will provide critical insight that will enable your students to be more connected, motivated, and independent learners.
